Abbey Telecom have been installing and maintaining Samsung Telephone Systems  from when Samsung Telecoms initially entered the British market. Indeed our authorised dealership with Samsung Telecoms UK Ltd stems back to 1992 when they were called Securicor Telecoms. In 1995 they were bought out by the Koreans and became known an Samsung Telecoms which eventually got swallowed up by Samsung Electronics UK Limited where their products sit within the Network Division alongside set-top boxes.

One of our resons for settling on this Manchester based supplier was our close proximity to their demonstration room. These days we have our own demo suite, a comprehensive demonstrational channel on YouTube and we seldom utilise the Samsung facility. After starting our internet business in 1996 we have become a nationwide installer and maintainer of Samsung Phone System platforms. Despite our Lancashire headquarters in the North West of England, over half our installs are in London or inside the M25 and we have installed in Guernsey, Isle of Wight and Scottish Highlands.

Samsung Telecoms DCS range accounts for over 75% of our maintenance base as we were supplying those for many years prior to the launch of OfficeServ. We were frequently used as a Beta Trial Site for Samsung Telecoms new apparatus and additions. We deployed the first Samsung Telecoms iDCS500 with Q-sig linking to a 2nd customer premises. Our own building was the 1st commercial office in the country to use the iDCS100. We've fitted thousands of Samsung DCS installations.

Our full time engineers and trainers are experts on Samsung Telecoms' equipment. From Managing Director downwards, the only employee who has not attended and subsequently passed the Samsung Communications Engineer Course is our company accountant.
