Abbey Telecom have been installing and maintaining Samsung Telephone Systems since Samsung Telecoms first entered the UK market. Indeed our authorised dealership with Samsung Telecoms UK Ltd stems back to 1992 when they were called Securicor Telecoms UK.

One of our resons for settling on this Manchester based supplier was our close proximity to their demonstration room. These days we have our own demonstration room and we seldom use the Samsung facility. The reason for our continued loyalty to Samsung Phones now tends to rotate around issues of good dealer support and the strong relationship that we have developed with the individuals that work for Samsung.

Since starting our internet business in 1996 we have become a nationwide installer and maintainer of Samsung Phone Systems. Over half our installs are now within the M25 and we have installed in Guernsey, Isle of Wight and Scottish Highlands.

Samsung DCS range accounts for over 75% of Abbey Telecom's turnover. Abbey Telecom are frequently used as a Beta Trial Site for Samsung Systems and additions that are new to the UK. We installed the first Samsung iDCS500 with Q-sig linking to a 2nd customer premises. Abbey Telecom's own offices were the first commercial site in the UK to use the Samsung iDCS100.

Abbey Telecom's full time engineers and trainers are experts on Samsung equipment. >From Managing Director downwards, the only employee who has not attended and subsequently passed the Samsung Telephone Engineer Course is our company accountant. So even our administration and management team have an excellent understanding of Samsung kit.
